We ship via UPS, FedEx, and US Priority Mail
Our current minimum shipping charge is $8.99, Free on orders over $199.
Orders received after 12:00 PST will not ship until the next business day.
US MAIL will take 24-48 hours to process on regular business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
The Christmas season may extend our shipping times.
Multiple item orders may ship from different locations, use different carriers, and arrive on different dates.

BASE RATE SHIPPING CHARGES

1. GROUND SERVICE
Shipping and Handling Base Rate chart (to the 48 states).
Rates are based on the cost of merchandise, shipped in a
single package and weighing 1 pound or less, and is not dimensionally oversized.
All orders over 1 pound, oversized or both, will be charged accordingly.

Understanding Air shipment time:
Only UPS normal business days are counted as days in UPS shipping times. UPS does not count the day of pickup, Saturdays, Sundays, or UPS defined Holidays.
UPS orders that arrive after our cut off time of 12:00 PM PST will not ship until the next day.
Next day air shipments placed by 12:00 PST Friday should arrive on Monday.
If you place an order to ship by NEXT DAY AIR at 12:01 Friday it will not arrive until Tuesday.
Most Orders placed by 12:00 PST time will ship the same day, this is strived for but is not guaranteed.
Our shipping and processing times may be extended during the Christmas Holiday Season.
If we have trouble verifying your Credit Card, Name, or Address information it will delay your shipping times.

UPS holidays are as follows: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
During these days UPS will not pickup or deliver most packages, please adjust your shipping time schedules accordingly.

Exceptions to UPS Guaranteed Delivery
The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters. UPS shipping guarantees will not apply to commercial and residential Ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 24.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO BASE RATES
Rates apply to orders shipped in one box only.

Large, oversized, or extra heavy orders, may require additional fees.
Examples of oversized items are;
swords, canes, machetes, hawks
Examples of extra heavy items are;
kitchen block sets, large sharpening stones, sharpening kits, outdoor hunting kits,
throwing knife sets, large hunting knives, bowies
Be very careful of shipping swords by Air, they may be overweight and oversized - shipping can run high.

Shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect exceptions

If package shipping runs over our base shipping rates,
we will charge actual shipping costs only.

5. USPS US MAIL:
US MAIL will take 24-48 hours to process. Time frame is based on regular business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
All US Mail, PO Box, APO, FPO, AK, and HI, shipments will ship US Priority Mail.
US Mail Shipping is not free, it is based on our Base Rates. Our automated shipping charges will be incorrect. Shipping will be manually calculated by our shipping department at actual cost if actual shipping charges are over our base shipping rates. If actual shipping cost is more than our base rates we will never charge you more than the actual cost of shipping and insurance. If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping method, for PO Box, AK, HI, or APO FPO addresses, our shipping department will change the shipping method for you.

6. BACKORDERS incur shipping charges, but usually at a lesser rate, based on original order and items shipped.

7. CALIFORNIA ORDERS, orders that ship within California, add tax .0775

8. AUTOMATED SHIPPING CHARGES
Automated shipping charges are estimates, they are correct in most instances where the package is of standard size and one pound or less and ships via UPS.
Shipping for heavy, oversized, and / or multiple boxes, especially when shipped by AIR, may be more.
US Mail Shipping is not free, our automated shipping charges will be incorrect. US Mail shipping is based on our Base Rates.
If the actual cost to ship is more than our base rate shipping charges,
we will never charge you more than the actual cost of shipping and insurance.
Your invoice total will be manually updated off line to reflect these changes.

APO/FPO orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which then is taken over by the military mail system. Order at your own risk, as we can be responsible only for providing proof of shipping, not for the actual receipt of the item(s) by the purchaser.

11. International orders
We welcome international orders, but stress that it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any applicable import permits/customs clearances, etc., BEFORE placing your order. Once an international order has left our warehouse, it is out of our control, and may take several weeks to receive, though it normally takes only a couple of weeks, and ships via Global Priority, FedEx, or UPS, depending upon the value and/or weight of the shipped package. International orders must be shipped directly to the cardholder at the verified credit card billing address. No refunds will be given on international orders. Most international orders are shipped FedEx, starting at around $20.00 for most countries, depending upon weight, and will be added to your order upon shipment. Note:The flat $8.99 processing/packaging fee applies to all orders in addition to actual international shipping charges. Order at your own risk, as we can be responsible only for providing proof of shipping, not for the actual receipt of the item(s) by the purchaser. Orders or items seized by Customs will not be replaced or reimbursed by Knife Deals Plus. If you have an item or items seized by Customs, you must go through the proper channels in your country to retrieve the item(s) if possible.
