Buck Striders are tough SOBs. They are thick, beefy and made to Mick Strider’s specifications. If you’re not big and rugged, these knives may not be for you! The handles have a Coarse, aggressive texture for real grip and use, and the handle edges are somewhat sharp. Mick Strider says: “If you don’t like sharp edged handles--sand them down yourself.” The leading edge of the tanto folders is more for strength breaching and prying than cutting. Some of our more dainty customers will not like these knives! But if you look in the mirror and see a two day growth of stubble, a Copenhagen stain at the corner of your lip, and hard calluses on your hands….this may be your knife!!
Strider ATS-34 blades are custom heat treated by Paul Bos
The Buck Strider Tactical Folder Knife is a collaboration between Buck Knives and Strider Knives. The Buck Mini Strider Knife features a part serrated 4" ATS34 stainless steel spear point blade. The blade has been heat treated by Paul Bos, and has dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The textured black G10 handle comes has been reinforced with titanium liners, and it has a linerlock, lanyard hole, and side to side reversible stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The Buck Strider Knife is 5 3/8" closed, and weighs 7.3 ounces. Suggested retail price is $200.00.
