The blade of this Gerber knife has a thumb hole for ambidextrous one hand opening and a notched thumb ramp. The Gator textured handle, 4.72" closed, has a polypropylene core with a non slip Santoprene overmold, a lockback, and lanyard hole. A thermoformed ballistic nylon sheath with extra storage pocket is included with this Gerber knife. The Gerber Gator II Knife has an overall length of 8.58" when open, and weighs 4.4 ounces.
