The KA-BAR KBD1 Knife was designed by Bob Dozier. The KA-BAR KBD1 Knife features a 7" drop point blade made of 1095 carbon steel with a Rockwell hardness of 56-58. The blade has a non reflective black coat and a false top edge. The oval Kraton G handle has a black coated carbon steel guard, and powdered metal butt cap. The glass filled nylon sheath has multiple lashing grommets and slots. The KA-BAR KBD1 Knife is 11 3/4" overall, and weighs .7 pounds.
