Kershaw Shallot Knives

The Kershaw Shallot Knives were designed by custom knife maker and innovator Ken Onion. The Kershaw Shallot's have the patented Ken Onion Speed-Safe assisted opening mechanism. Speed-Safe is a torsion bar system that assists the blade to an open position, when activated by a push on the the Index-Opening blade extension.

The Kershaw Shallot knives are available with 410 stainless steel handles, plain or with Tungsten DLC black coating. The blade steel is Sandvik 13c26 with a unique recurve design, avalible in plain or black Tungsten DLC black coating.
